Founder
Chantal
Meet Chantal! She founded Chem Baddie to provide mind-blowing beauty and skincare products with sustainable, top-tier ingredients and packaging. Designed for the baddie on a budget, the Chem Baddie line delivers time and time again thanks to Chantal’s chemical engineering and beauty industry savvy. In college, Chantal knew Chemical Engineering gave her the opportunity to combine her childhood loves of math and science with her profession as a certified makeup artist. She dove into the chemistry behind her favorite beauty lines, discovering how to improve their chemical makeup (and price point) for even better results. Uncovering the lack of sustainability in the cosmetics industry through a variety of internships, she set out to build her own, revolutionary brand.

Brie
Brie is originally from Surprise, Arizona. Her passion is for user experience, research, and beautiful website design. She graduated from Arizona State University with her bachelors and masters in Human Systems Engineering. Brie has worked on multiple website design projects and currently works as a study facilitator for an engineering company. In her free time she enjoys skateboarding, painting, and practicing her cooking skills.
Creative Director
Chloe
Chloe is originally from Denver Colorado but has lived in Arizona for most of her young-adult life. She knew at a young age that she has a passion for art, science and the environment. Chloe took painting classes in high school and started a small business making commissioned artwork for friends and family. In university, she interned with NASA'S Psyche Inspire, creating original artwork for an upcoming NASA Space Project. She graduated with a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering at Arizona State University. She currently works as a Project Design Engineer at an Environmental Consulting Firm.
Artistry Director
Makayla
Makayla is originally from a small town in Minnesota. She moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to pursue her dreams of being in the cosmetic industry. Makayla has been working as a full time makeup artist in the Scottsdale area for the past two years. She has a background in business management and marketing. Makayla has run multiple successful social media accounts and specializes in fashion and cosmetics. She is extremely passionate about being a part of clean, cruelty-free beauty, for all.
Social Media Coordinator
Inez
Inez is originally from Chandler, Arizona. She attends the University of Arizona as a Pre-Med student studying Care, Health & Society with a minor in Pre-Health. Inez’s goals include broadening healthcare delivery as well as increasing diversity within the field. She is very passionate about the environment and global sustainability. Having a mother that’s an esthetician, Inez has learned the importance of clean ingredients in cosmetic products. Her mother’s influence has given Inez her love of fashion, beauty and cosmetics.

Elisha
Elisha was born and raised in Wisconsin and has lived in Arizona for almost 12 years. She is a proud mother of 2 boys and is best at making sure that everyone is taken care of in her household. She enjoys cooking, crafting, decorating and fashion. She also loves entertaining and making sure that everyone around her has a great time!

Ane
Ane is an Arizona native and recently graduated from ASU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. In her collegiate career, she acquired skills in journalism writing, videography, photography, and social media. Some of my interests include: photography, writing, photo-editing, biking, and painting.
Publicity Director
Elijah
Elijah is originally from New Berlin, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater for Public Relations Marketing and a minor in Arts & Hospitality Management. Eli currently works in corporate marketing and web design in Tempe, AZ and performs as a female impersonator throughout the Phoenix valley under the stage name; Rebecca Goodhead. Quality cosmetics are a necessity in the drag industry for long wear, high intensity performances. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, finding businesses that support and foster a sense inclusiveness is at his upmost priority. As a Drag Queen, Eli has gained an taste and appreciation for makeup, fashion, and the entertainment industry.

Hannah
Hannah Miller was born and raised in Arizona where she now attends Arizona State University. Hannah has always had a huge passion for anything and everything art related, whether that is painting, cake decorating, or digital editing. Any opportunity she can get to be creative, she takes and runs with it. Hannah is super eager to help make ChemBaddie Cosmetics look as beautiful as it makes the community of people who use it feel.
